Delete local application data
Settings offers focused controls to clear derived caches, local reports, preferences and history, Library records, and durable Studio projects. Review each confirmation: project or Library cleanup is intentionally separate from source media and rendered-output deletion.
Delete feedback and crash reports
Unsent reports are stored locally. Open the report outbox in Settings to delete one report or clear all local reports. Reports are never sent automatically by the crash handler.
Delete rendered media
Removing a Library record does not necessarily erase the video file. Use the Library action that explicitly deletes or opens the file location, then review the confirmation. Original source recordings are not deleted by cache or report cleanup.
Request operator-held deletion
ReplayFoundry does not currently maintain a cloud user or media database. If you sent a support report or believe Expired Soda Studios LLC holds Google user data about you, email privacy@replayfoundry.com from enough context to locate the record. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens. Valid requests will be completed as soon as practical and no later than 30 calendar days unless retention is legally required.
