Using ReplayFoundry
You may use ReplayFoundry to analyze, edit, render, organize, and publish media that you are legally allowed to use. You remain responsible for source rights, music, game footage, personal information, disclosures, caption accuracy, metadata, audience settings, and publication choices.
Free application and optional support
ReplayFoundry is offered without an application purchase price. An optional support link may appear before download, but it can be skipped and does not unlock core functionality. If separately priced creative content is offered later, its contents, price, license, support, and refund terms will be shown before checkout.
YouTube connection
YouTube features are optional and subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and applicable YouTube policies. You authorize ReplayFoundry to perform the API actions you initiate and may revoke access at any time.
No promise of reach or timing
Clip scores, titles, schedules, and preferred release times are editing and planning aids—not guarantees of accuracy, views, engagement, availability, processing time, monetization, or platform acceptance. Review every output before publishing.
Software changes and availability
Prerelease builds may be incomplete or contain defects. Keep backups of important projects and original media. Features may change or be discontinued, subject to notices required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReplayFoundry is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expired Soda Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of media, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from use of ReplayFoundry. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
