The base experience is designed to find and finish clips without requiring a heavyweight visual model. Optional runtime packs add speech, audio, or visual observations locally, but a missing optional model does not replace your chosen tools with an arbitrary online service.
Provider observations never get the final vote. ReplayFoundry preserves a versioned, explainable refinement path and lets Studio remain the approval boundary.
